1.1 Account Registration Requirements

• To open an account at kyat365, you must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may register only one account. Even if family members share the same computer or device, each account must be distinct.
• The personal information you provide must be accurate. If inaccurate information is found, the account may be suspended.
• The phone number and payment method used when creating an account must be your own.

1.2 Account Security

• Do not share the password you create for your account with anyone else.
• The player is personally responsible for all activity that occurs on their account.
• If you discover any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• kyat365 uses SSL encrypted connections to protect your personal information.

1.3 Account Closure

If a violation of these terms is found, kyat365 may temporarily suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with our policy.

2.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay.
• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is 20,000 Ks.
• Players can check the status of their deposits themselves.
• Only your own bank account or payment account may be used for deposits. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.

2.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 30,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Please note that withdrawals from bonus funds are only available after the Wagering Requirement has been met — see the Bonus section for more details.
• kyat365 may request a copy of your ID or proof of payment to verify the security of transactions.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

The kyat365 welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. The Wagering Requirement is 15x the bonus amount — the bonus must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.

Examples —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks
• Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 720,000 Ks → Wagering 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks

3.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement and expiry period.
• Please read the terms of each bonus carefully, as there may be restrictions on game types or volatility.
• If it is found that a bonus was obtained through fraud or account manipulation, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited.
• Bonus game restrictions must be checked at the time of claiming.

3.3 VIP Offers

kyat365 has 4 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly Cash Back rates are —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% Cash Back per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% Cash Back per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% Cash Back per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% Cash Back per week

You can move up tiers as your play volume increases. VIP Cash Back is paid on a set reward day and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement is met.

4.1 Fair Play

kyat365 promotes fair play. Players are prohibited from —

• Software exploitation, using bots, or any computer-assisted play.
• Collusion — players working together to manipulate the outcome of a game — is strictly forbidden.
• Playing with the intent to exploit system errors does not guarantee that winnings can be withdrawn — such funds may be voided.

4.2 Disconnections and Technical Issues

If your connection drops during play, the game outcome recorded on kyat365's server will be treated as the official result. To dispute that result, contact kyat365 via 24/7 Live Chat.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kyat365 takes anti-money laundering (AML) compliance seriously. If unusual deposit patterns are suspected, kyat365 has the right to investigate and, where necessary, will cooperate with the relevant authorities. Players must cooperate with identity verification when a payment request is made.

5.1 Restrictions

Players must not engage in any of the following —

• Opening more than one account per person (Multi-Accounting)
• Fraudulent deposits — using cards or payment accounts that do not belong to you
• Scanning, probing, or attempting to hack the platform
• Depositing solely to claim a bonus and then immediately withdrawing (Bonus Abuse)
• Renting out or selling your account to another person
• Playing on behalf of another person instead of yourself

7.1 Service Disruptions

kyat365 may temporarily suspend services due to technical maintenance, server issues, or third-party provider failures. kyat365 is not obligated to compensate players for bets or funds lost during such periods — however, kyat365 will endeavour to reach a fair resolution.

7.2 kyat365's Limitation of Liability

• kyat365 is not responsible for financial losses arising from players' own decisions.
• kyat365 is not liable for losses caused by third-party software failures.
• kyat365 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers themselves.

10.1 Amendments to Terms

kyat365 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform in advance. By continuing to log in after any amendment, players are considered to have accepted the updated terms.

10.2 Language Priority

These terms are written in the Myanmar language, which is the official version. In the event of any discrepancy between the Myanmar language version and any other language version, the Myanmar language version takes precedence.
